These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of services offered by taap.it Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, United States, Inc. ("taap.it"), and accessible to its users via our systems and platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Purpose
taap.it is a service that allows you to create and manage short links, QR codes, link-in-bio, as well as collect and visualize click statistics data. These Terms govern the relationship between taap.it and the user. Whether individual, business or brand, these general terms of use are accepted.
2. Acceptance of terms
Any use of taap.it implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any of their provisions, you are not authorized to use our services.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for your credentials. You undertake not to create fictitious accounts or accounts in the name of third parties without their agreement, taap.it reserves the right to suspend any suspicious account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are managed by Stripe and renew automatically. No refunds are granted. Non-payment results in suspension of associated services.
5. Pricing plans
Offers, quotas and prices may change. Any change takes effect at the next renewal.
6. Termination
You can terminate at any time. No refund is provided. In case of termination by taap.it, your links may be deactivated.
7. Prohibited content
It is forbidden to use taap.it for phishing, malware, nudity, violence, hate speech, spam or misleading content. In case of abuse, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account.
8. Ownership and control
taap.it maintains control over slugs, QR codes and redirections. In case of abuse or inactivity, we may delete or deactivate them.
9. Custom domains
Connected domains belong to you, but taap.it may block their use in case of non-compliance with rules or ethics.
10. Personal data
taap.it is compliant with GDPR and US laws. The end user remains responsible for their own legal obligations.
11. Confidentiality
B2B exchanges are confidential and will never be published or shared without explicit agreement.
12. Public content and communication
Public content (link-in-bio pages, QR codes) may be used for demonstration or communication purposes, unless written objection.
13. Limitation of liability
taap.it cannot be held responsible for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.
14. Fair use
Excessive or abusive use of resources may result in service limitation or suspension.
15. Automation and scraping
Scraping, abusive automation or reverse engineering of the service are prohibited.
16. Feedback and suggestions
Your feedback and suggestions become property of taap.it and may be used freely.
17. Experimental features
Some features may be in beta or subject to change without notice.
18. Third-party services and links
taap.it is not responsible for content accessible via its created links. You remain responsible for their destination.
19. Additional prohibitions
Prohibited: domain squatting, reverse engineering of slugs, QR codes or accounts linked to marketplaces.
20. Force majeure
taap.it will not be responsible in case of events beyond its control making the service inaccessible.
21. Entire agreement
These Terms form the complete agreement between you and taap.it, replacing any previous version.
22. Tolerance
The non-immediate exercise of a right does not mean waiver of it.
23. Partial nullity
If a provision is invalid, the other clauses remain applicable.
24. Modifications
The Terms may be modified at any time. Any subsequent use after the update constitutes acceptance.
25. Rights violation notification
In case of copyright or other rights violation, contact us for reporting and resolution.
26. Survival
Certain clauses will remain enforceable and applicable in accordance with the agreement upon contract termination.
27. Contractual relationship
The use of taap.it does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and taap.it.
28. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware (USA). Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that State.
By using taap.it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.
If you do not consent to this, you must stop using the service.
We may modify these terms at any time, remember to consult them regularly.
